This blog will feature the winning entries for the annual Kipling Awards given to Windham County, Vermont, 4th to 6th grade students.
The house shown above is Naulakha, which means in Hindi "jewel beyond price." It was designed by Rudyard Kipling, and where he lived while in Dummerston, Vermont, from 1892 to 1896.
